A protector for both the heel and the elbow. A cup shaped pad with a tricot lining on the skin side is held in place by a stretchable, soft "terry" loop material inside with a flat knit on the outside.

The foam pad is tacked ot the material to prevent slippage, yet will still allow you to move the joint without a sheering effect.
