High Density Foam - Further Information

As part of the Windsor Deluxe chair we have now incorporated a new High Density (RS55) Foam fitted into the seat and footrest part of the chair. This new High Density Foam offers more resilient properties than that of traditional Memory Foam. The High Density Foam is designed for high pressure environments and so is particularly useful for the seating area on a chair.

The High Density Foam also offers:

• Improved comfort over time
• Will hold cushion shape longer
• Excellent rebound performance
• Good dynamic performance, will aid long term performance

High Density Foam v Memory Foam

High Density Foam is not designed as a replacement for Memory Foam as they are different products and should be used for different circumstances. Memory Foam is designed for lower pressure environments and so is better for mattresses and lumbar regions on a chair.
