Details
Problems with circulation can be very common with both middle aged
and elderly people, it occurs due to a build up of cholesterol deposits
along the walls of the the arteries in the body. Poor circulation
can also occur from the hardening of arteries and also through varicose
veins.
Although in many cases poor circulation does not itself cause pain
or immobility, it can however, if not treated lead to various problems
around the body.
Useful products
There are many ways to treat poor circulation these can include
drugs, excercise or a change in diet. It is also recognised that
massage or Hot and Cold showers can actually aid circulation. We

aids enable those less mobile to use a shower to receive the benefits
of hot and cold showers.

Our chairs have the option of a 5 or 10 point massage system
which through many vibrating pads offers a range of motions
which encourage circulation. We have an extensive range of chairs
including leather to match any interior whilst providing an
excellent relief from an annoying and uncomfortable problem. |

Walk-in showers
Hot and Cold showers are recognised as a way of promoting circulation.
By the use of hot then cold water the blood rushes to the skin
when the shower is hot, then rushes back to the internal organs
when cold. Through this system circulation is increased through
out the body. Our walk-in showers allow even those with decreased
mobility to benefit from this method. |
