Memory foam adjustable beds 'help people to sleep'
Memory foam adjustable beds can help restless sleepers to have a good night's sleep, it has been claimed.
According to the Sleep King blog, memory form mattresses are ideal for people who move around a lot while they sleep.
"Restless sleepers can be calmed by the bed, as the memory foam mattress will severely reduce the amount of motion that transfers from the other side of the bed in an innerspring mattress."
It noted that memory foam adjustable beds also help to ensure your spine stays properly inline and help to reduce stress on pressure points.
The comments came as nutritionist Sarah Stanner noted that sleep plays a vital role in restoring and revitalising the body and mind.
Writing in the Daily Telegraph, she said sleep also "seems to be important in maintaining a healthy body weight as lack of sleep has been linked with increased appetite and higher risk of obesity".
