Returns

Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention.

All goods may be returned to Comfort Plus Products undamaged and unused, within 30 days of receipt. The cost of the item excluding postage and packaging will be refunded to you when we have received the returned goods.

In cases where loss, damage or delay is beyond our control, such as in adverse weather conditions or an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered.
