The Torino Mobility Scooter is an 8mph, road-legal, attractive and heavy duty 3 wheel disabled scooter that is the result of a great deal of research and development.

The Torino electric scooter is very easy to drive and has a powerful two horse power motor. TheTorino electric scooter is supplied with a full light set, including indicators and hazard lights, to conform to class 3 regulations.

The Torino Mobility scooter has a luxurious 22" / 26cm wide Captain seat. The five position tiller help to make finding your ideal driving position easy. There is a Delta handlebar fitted, which allows the scooter to be driven using just one hand.

A Hi / Lo switch is fitted to the Torino mobility scooter to reduce the maximum speed from 8mph to 4mph, so that the scooter can be used legally on the pavement as well as on the road.

As well as 13" / 33cm pneumatic tyres, the Shoprider disabled scooter is fitted with suspension to ensure a smooth and comfortable ride whatever the terrain. An emergancy handbrake is fitted for additional safety.

The heaviest component of the Torino disabled scooter weighs just 80lbs / 36Kg. The total weight including batteries is 300lbs / 137 Kg.
