With your order placed, the excitement builds - and we’ll be in touch to keep you updated. Around two weeks before delivery, we’ll confirm your date, and on the day itself, we’ll give you a friendly call a couple of hours before we arrive. You’ll always know exactly where you stand.

When delivery day arrives, we don’t just leave your furniture at the door. Our team sets everything up carefully, checks it’s working perfectly, and takes time to show you - or a family member - how to use it safely and comfortably. We won’t leave until you feel completely at ease.

We work at your pace. Typically, a visit lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to understand your needs and for you to try the product thoroughly without feeling rushed. There is never any pressure to make a decision on the day.

This repair service is provided free of charge for customers with our lifetime guarantee, provided the basic checks have been performed and the issue is not a result of misuse.

Your cancellation rights will be explained in full and provided in writing at the time of your order. As our products are tailored for the individual, the policy may differ from standard off-the-shelf goods. We are committed to being transparent and fair in all our dealings.

Our guarantee means that if your product ever develops a manufacturing fault with components like the frame, motor, handset, or electrics, we will take care of it. We will organise a prompt home visit to repair or replace parts, making the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Specific Terms for Mattresses:

  • Premium Cloud Mattress: This is covered for life under our full lifetime guarantee.

  • Multi-Foam Mattress: Natural softening is covered for the first 3 years. After this period, it is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered.

What is not covered?

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear (such as stains, scuffs, or rips) , cracks in wood from extreme humidity or heat sources , or colour transfer from non-colourfast materials.

Important Information: The guarantee applies only to the original buyer, starts from the delivery date, and is valid within the UK. Please follow all care instructions, as failure to do so could invalidate your guarantee. If an issue is found to be the result of misuse, a callout fee may be charged. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Yes. Comfort Plus Products holds full public liability insurance. For a copy of our insurance certificate, please contact our office, and a member of our team will be happy to provide one for you.
