Your payment plan is managed directly by us, here at Comfort Plus. To get an up-to-date balance, simply give our friendly customer care team a call. Please have your customer details or order no ready, and they will be happy to provide you with your current balance and answer any questions you may have.
If you have a long-term illness, a disability, or a terminal illness, you may be eligible for VAT relief on certain products, which can save you 20%. The criteria are set by HMRC. Our consultants can explain the process and provide you with the necessary form to sign, but please note, we cannot offer medical or financial advice. If you are unsure, you should seek guidance from a medical professional or HMRC.
